I called a couple of days in advance to book an aircon regas, and they fitted me in at a time that worked perfectly for me. Being new to the area, I was a little anxious, but the team immediately came across as friendly and trustworthy, which put me at ease. I got my Audi A1 back with no fault codes and lovely icy-cold aircon. They carried out a full service including gas, oil, and a leak check, and everything was spot on. To top it off, they were the cheapest in town! A truly pleasant experience, highly recommended.

This garage failed to do so, and have basically taken us for mugs, therefore I would not recommend to anyone. Dishonest.

Must’ve called around 20 garages for quotes, and DR Autos was basically the only one upfront enough to give a realistic ballpark - assuming the issue was what they diagnosed over the phone. Turns out they were spot on. Not only that, they were the cheapest ballpark I got, Unbelievable value and impressively quick turnaround. Honestly, I don’t see why you’d use any other garage in Stortford. Today they earned themselves a customer for life (or at least as long as I live in stortford lol)
